Terms of service
1. Agreement
By using this site or purchasing the product you agree to these terms and to the license agreement. If you don't agree, don't use the site or buy the product.
2. Purchases
Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record and handles billing, tax, and delivery of the download and license key. Pricing is shown at checkout in your currency where supported.
3. Delivery
On successful payment you receive a download link and license key by email. If delivery fails, contact hello@operator-grade.design and we'll resolve it.
4. Acceptable use of this site
Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
5. Intellectual property
The Operator-Grade name, site content, and original design assets are owned by us. Upstream open-source components remain under their respective licenses.
6. No endorsement claim
We design in the defense-interface genre. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government or defense agency, Figma, Palantir, or Anduril. Standards are referenced descriptively, never as a certification we hold.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
