License agreement

Plain-language summary first; binding terms below. Last updated on purchase delivery.

In short: when you buy a paid tier you get a perpetual, worldwide license to use the Operator-Grade design system — code and Figma library — to build and ship unlimited products for yourself or your organization. You may modify it. You may not resell or redistribute the kit itself as a design system, template, or competing product.

1. What you may do

2. What you may not do

3. Open-source components

The system is built on MIT-licensed primitives (shadcn/ui, Radix UI, React Aria) and structural patterns derived under the Apache-2.0 license. Those upstream licenses continue to govern those portions; this agreement covers the original Operator-Grade tokens, components, and documentation.

4. Updates

Paid tiers include lifetime updates for the major version line you purchased.

5. Refunds

7-day money-back from purchase. See the storefront checkout for the refund mechanism.

6. Warranty & standards disclaimer

The system is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. It is designed against MIL-STD-1472 human-factors guidelines and references APP-6 and APCA for descriptive purposes; it is not certified, compliant with, or approved by any standards body, government, or defense agency. You are responsible for any formal verification your program requires.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

8. Payments & tax

Sales are processed by our Merchant of Record, who acts as reseller and handles VAT, sales tax, and license-key delivery. Their terms apply to the transaction.
